Alright, so this is a new blog for me. I have decided that I should have a separate blog for my mommy stuff. So for those of you who would like to know about the first three months, you can check my other blog: thegoodthebadthecrazyme.blogspot.com.
So now for my six month update. My son's name is Karson Michael Gordon. At his six month appointment, Karson weighed 16 pounds 2 ounces, he measured 27 1/2 inches long, and his head had a circumference of 16 inches. His weight was in the 24th percentile, his length was in the 46th percentile, and his head was in the 13th percentile.
When we went home from the doctor, we started on solid food. Karson had his first bowl of cereal and his first puffs. He loved the cereal and he was unsure what to do with the puffs. He just made faces. After a week, he has tried and liked carrots and peas and he loves his puffs.
It's crazy to see how much he has grown since he was born. He loves tummy time, he can sit up on his own, he can roll over onto his tummy, he can hold the bottle by himself most of the time, he laughs and is ticklish, he loves to "talk". This baby has become such a happy baby.
I will try to keep updating as things happen. His next appointment will be in 3 months, so there will definitely be an update then.
